Recently Robert Craig, creator and proprietor of the Euphoria language has announced that v3.0 will soon be ready and that it will be given to the public as opensource! The details of the opensource EULA are still being worked out, but you can review the draft license http://www.rapideuphoria.com/License.txt Robert Craig has stated that he will continue to maintain an official version that will be available for free. He will also continue to maintain the http://www.rapideuphoria.com website and http://www.listfilter.com/EUforum. Currently, Rob has frozen the Eu source code and is cleaning it up for release which should be anytime now. Euphoria's new direction will open alot of doors for recognition and popularity. In my opinion, Eu's greatest stumbling block. Hopefully this is just the thing Eu needs to blossom.
