Recently Robert Craig, creator and proprietor of the Euphoria language has announced that v3.0 will soon be ready and that it will be given to the public as opensource!

Robert Craig has stated that he will continue to maintain an official version that will be available for free. He will also continue to maintain the rapideuphoria.com website and EuForum.

Currently, Rob has frozen the Eu source code and is cleaning it up for release which should be anytime now.

Euphoria's new direction will open alot of doors for recognition and popularity. In my opinion, Eu's greatest stumbling block. Hopefully this is just the thing Eu needs to blossom.
